Processing Time

All shades are custom made to your measurements. Production takes 7–15 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, and Canada. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after production, depending on your location.

• Free shipping on all orders over $199
• Orders under $199: flat rate $15
• Express shipping available at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using our order tracking page.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
